Incredible Service, Stunning Location, Excellent Snorkeling Experience

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location is stunning, with crystal-clear water and a beautiful house reef right in front of the resort. The snorkeling experience was one of the best we've had, with an abundance of fish and coral to see. The spacious villas were well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The main restaurant had limited dining options, and although the food was decent, it was sometimes overcooked. We would have liked more variety and higher-quality cuisine for such a luxurious resort.

Quick customer service. Staff was very FRIENDLY and responsive to requests. Only 10 minutes drive to secret lagoon. Next to the airport, 9 miles.

Our New Year's stay was amazing! We received complimentary champagne and a fruit platter upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The location is breathtaking, with crystal clear waters and stunning views. We also loved the private island hopping tour, which allowed us to explore the area at our own pace.

The food was a letdown. The buffet was mediocre and overpriced, and some of the dishes were not up to par.

The location of the resort is absolutely amazing. You can enjoy the stunning beach with no high peaked rock blocking the sun after 3PM. The rooms are gorgeous with a wonderful view, and the bathrooms are immense and spotless. The service provided by the staff is very attentive, making sure all your needs are met. The breakfast offers a wide array of choices and the resort also has a well-equipped fitness room and a spa for relaxation.

Some of the activities offered by the resort were a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing time at the resort. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a big swimming pool that goes straight to the beach. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast included a variety of options and always tasted delicious. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near several tourist attractions.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities like the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool with views and beach access. The massage was top-notch and the sun loungers were comfortable while enjoying the garden area. The rooms were spacious with exclusive room advantages and the restaurant served delicious breakfast with a snack bar. Moreover, the location advantages were ideal.

The only minor issue was the lack of bar/lounge area to relax while enjoying a drink.

The staff was really welcoming and made us feel at home. We liked the fact that all the activities were well arranged and we didn't have to worry about anything. The location was stunning, blue waters and white sands, and our villa was only a few steps away from it. The amenities in the villa were amazing, from the snacks and fresh fruit provided to the morning and turn down service.

We wished that there were more food choices and a better variety for breakfast. the service at the beach could be improved, with sunbeds lacking cushions, and having to walk to the beach bar for drinks and food.

Our family had an amazing stay at a paradise-like island resort. We loved being right on the edge of the most fantastic beach! Our beach villa was spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive to our every need, especially Alvin who helped us with a private dinner. The complimentary activities were perfect and well-organized, and the breakfast had a great selection in the restaurant where we ate breakfast. We loved the giant lizards and birds that roamed freely around the property.

The prices for the food at the Beach Bar, Restaurant and main building were a bit high, and we found some dishes slightly on the richer side.

One minor issue was the suboptimal WiFi in some public areas such as the pool and restaurant. The tour descriptions lacked specific details, such as what sites to visit and what activities were involved, leaving some confusion.

We were pleasantly surprised when we received a call at the airport in Manila to wait for boarding at the El Nido Resorts lounge. The boat ride to the resort was smooth and the views of the surrounding islands were breathtaking. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the Operations Manager and treated to cold towels and a delicious smoothie. The check-in process was easy and we received a helpful orientation. Our pool villa was cozy and the infinity pool was the perfect size for a couple. The service from the staff was outstanding, from the boat transfer guys to the waiters. The food at the main restaurant was great, especially the laksa and the pool bar's sisig and chicken salad. We also enjoyed the complimentary activities like hiking, bird watching, and snorkeling with sharks. we had an amazing stay at El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island.

Although the resort was fantastic overall, there were a few areas for improvement. The bathrooms around the resort were not cleaned regularly and the towels by the pool had stains on them.
